We are so busy learning and having fun. In science we are learning about our senses.  In geography we have been learning about the different types of houses. In history we are learning about myself and growing and changing.

Last week we designed our self portraits! We are all special and unique and we all belong to room 9 first class.

Maths fun!

We made number lines in Maths. We are getting used to writing our numbers properly and we are starting our tables soon!

Presentation of the flag and proclamation

Today was a very exciting day. We had a visit from two members of the defence force to give our school the tri colour flag and the proclamation of independence.

Autumn Art!

Today we did finger painting.  We made lovely Autumn trees.  They look lovely and really brighten up our classroom!!

For the month of September we are doing games and learning some basketball skills!
